The Joy of Reprints

February 9, 2010

Over the last few months, a few things of mine have been reprinted or reprints arranged and forthcoming. I’ve never really done this much before now.

Apparently, the way reprints work is this: you do nothing, and somebody pays you money.

I’ve got to figure out how to make this happen more often…. does anyone know more about how to get things reprinted? Or is it just a matter of having your name and your stuff floating out there?

It’s happened to two or three things of mine, not counting poetry anthologies. Two or three things out of well over a hundred. So yeah, what you said.

Heh. I dunno, but that’s not the first time it’s happened. Perhaps it’s my prophetic name…

I figured it out, it’s because you wrote “blogPSot” in your URL name.

Huh. How about that. What a fun idea, cornering the market on url typos!

Apparently, ending any url in blogpsot gets you the bible site. The lord truly does work in mysterious, dyslexic ways.

Got something to say?
